I think it took HELL of an effort for Bethesda and Microsoft to figure out how to get some basic modding capabilities work out on Xbox One so hats down to that, but what I can't understand or forgive is Sony's excuse. 80% of them can't be supported on Xbox I think for different reasons, one of them being mostly hardware and other mod limitations. I have around 150 mods right now from graphical to gameplay and overhauls. Sadly, that's not something Xbox can use. A tool used to clean mods is called TES5EDIT (few others now) and what that does is it cleans mods and makes them more stable. It usually happens if the mod is having issues with another mod that you installed or just having issues running stable within the game. One of the most common issues "dirty mods" can do as I call them is cause the game to crash at some point or it can cause perfomance issues. Too many mods increases the amount of things the game has to run and load and mods aren't really super stable, specially ones that aren't "cleaned", meaning they can easily cause issues at one point in the game or clash with other mods or just clash with other things in the game and it can also have impact on perfomance: takes more memory or CPU, as an example. I think they have to limit it mostly because eventually if you put too many mods, it can start to impact perfomance as well, even simple things like just armor or weapon mods. Then yea I got nothing, no real reason to not support them. I didnt know they limited how many you can run. Good point, im sure theres some kinda warning on there.
